By encouraging young people to realize their full potential as citizens and economic participants and ensuring that they enter adulthood with the abilities, capabilities, and sustainable means of subsistence, we can help young people become agents of change. Youth empowerment programs offer a wide variety of forums and processes where young people can engage in genuine engagement, express their problems, and share their ideas. Lack of chances and youth unemployment have significant negative societal effects and can cause physiological, mental, and other problems that prohibit young people from exercising their rights. Beyond the level of the individual, it impacts a society's wealth, stability, and equality as well as the sustainable development of the country. The different genders have been disproportionately impacted by this. The realization of girls' and young women's rights is constantly hampered by discriminatory gender norms and stereotypes, pervasive discrimination, and gender-based disparities. We work to improve young people's health-related decision-making, inclusive representation, and access to social protection and security.
